Shaw Announces 2016 Educational Day

At Shaw's Education Day, taking place Oct. 20, the company will offer a full rundown of its product lines to include all sundries and adhesive.

Additionally, the company's director of quality of resilient flooring, Robert Grant, will discuss ASTM standards used for resilient products. Common manufacturing issues for resilient and common issues found in the field, site and installation related, will be discussed. In the afternoon, a similar wood products class will take place.

After Shaw's Educational Day, the Floor Educational Guild will continue the next day with the forensic concrete engineer from North Carolina State University, Roberto Nunez, who owns his own construction concrete company and is a researcher and professor at North Carolina State University.
