Arkema Finalizes Financing of Bostik Acquisition

Arkema has successfully completed a bond issue with a 10-year maturity and a 1.50% coupon.
Taking advantage of favorable market conditions and supported by a strong oversubscription level the amount of the issue has been fixed at 819 million.
This operation represents the last phase in the financing of the project to acquire Bostik following the 819 million hybrid bond issue completed in October and the $409,500,000 share capital increase conducted in December.
"Arkema is deploying a responsible, innovation-based approach, we produce state-of-the-art specialty chemicals that provide customers with practical solutions to such challenges as climate change, access to drinking water, the future of energy, fossil fuel preservation and the need for lighter materials," said a company representative.
