The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA), will host a Webinar called Tile and Stone Installation—The Basics, on Thursday, April 16 at 11 a.m. EST.
Presented by Seth Pevarnik, Ardex Americas' director of technical service, the session will cover the basics of tile and stone installation from the types of materials and their properties, to installation techniques and industry references.
Pevarnik will begin the session with an overview of the basic types of tile and their characteristics, after which he will discuss the various setting materials and basic installation types. He will then cover waterproofing techniques and how to design for joints. The session will conclude with industry references for further information.
