FCICA to Host Tile and Stone Installation Issues Webinar

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) will host the Tile and Stone Installation Issues Webinar on Thursday, Nov.19 at 11 a.m. EST.

Presented by Seth Pevarnik of Ardex Americas, the session will cover tile and stone installation issues with regard to industry standards and recommendations, and the outcome if they are not followed.

Participants will learn how excessive moisture will affect tile and stone installations; the appropriate mortar coverage/transfer to back of the tile or stone for interior, exterior and wet area applications; where soft joints should be placed in a Tile or Stone Installation to allow for movement and how thermal expansion can effect a tile or stone Installation.

Seth will conclude the webinar with important industry references for further information and an interactive Q&A session.
