FCICA Selects Certification Bank as Credential Management Software

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) has chosen Certification Bank to help administrate and manage the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) program.

By partnering with Certification Bank, the CIM program will now be administrated using a sophisticated internet based customized software solution, according to the association.

Certification Bank is a SAAS-based software solution. This will provide CIM candidates with a new user portal which clearly states program specifics and next steps to earn the designation.  The Certification Bank communications and alert system will keep CIM candidates on task and aware of their program requirements.  The system will integrate with the FCICA learning management system (LMS) to produce a transcript for those enrolled in the program.  All candidate and designee information will be accessible to FCICA staff through an administrative portal in Certification Bank.  The administrative portal uses dashboards and other tools to keep FCICA staff fully knowledgeable about CIM applicants.

“We wanted our CIM program to be the best designation available in the industry," said Kim Oderkirk, FCICA's executive vice president. “The Certification Bank administrative software will be up and running by early 2016 and will support existing as well as new candidates in the CIM program.”
