Treadway to Receive BBB Lifetime Achievement Award

Cecil Treadway, retired president of Boushelle, a rug, carpet and drapery cleaning service, and retired executive director of the Chicago Floorcovering Association, will receive the James E. Baumhart Lifetime Achievement Award from the Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois (BBB) at the organization's 90th Anniversary Dinner Meeting.

"Cecil Treadway has served on the BBB board for more than 45 years," said Steve Bernas, BBB's president and CEO. "Cecil has been one of the organization's strongest supporters and contributors. We are pleased to honor Cecil for his outstanding and consistent interest, guidance and financial support of the BBB and its Education Foundation."

The award is named in honor of James E. Baumhart, who was the immediate past president and CEO of BBB, served in these capacities for more than 18 years and dedicated a total of 43 years to the BBB and its commitment to enhance an ethical marketplace.
