Emberson Named Senior Account Executive for Propex

Bill Emberson has joined Propex Global as senior account executive.

In this role, Emberson will be responsible for the Southeast region furnishings solutions division, handling the Artis, Actionbac and Polybac carpet backing systems.

Previously, Emberson was senior account manager for Invista, where he developed and sold Nylon 6,6 yarn.

“Bill is very well respected in the industry and has strong, trusted relationships with many of our customers,” said Tom Borders, vice president, furnishings solutions—domestic. “He’s known for his consultative, collaborative style which fits our brand’s approach perfectly.”

Emberson will work out of the company’s Dalton office.
